Not a happy camper…want my money BACK!!!

Purchased this app to help try and help the business along and gain more attention to our brand. I had an issue even just getting a response from customer support. Emailed them at least 4-5 days ago and STILL haven’t heard back yet. Truly annoyed that I wasted $5 on this app and if I could, I would ask for a refund immediately. I friend requested myself and it still does not allow me to try and reach out to my own followers and I accepted my business page within minutes of the request. I use Instagram and Facebook pretty often, so I know how to use both platforms, yet this app adds nothing special to the goals I am trying to reach for the business.
